Introduction

A blog. What even is a blog anyway? Just something for me to rant on about and so whoever out there reads it can feel like they know me. Well. I guess it's mutually beneficial? I've always wanted to record my thoughts anyway. I suppose it's what the rest of the internet does, so why shouldn't I. My brain is interesting. At least I think so. And that's all that matters, really. Hahah.
Well.... I've thought of making a blog a couple times. Though never got around to it. I've always wanted to write more often and intend to create an autobiography someday. I suppose a blog is a good way to achieve that.. I just think I've had some anxiety towards writing after losing multiple journals full of my writing.... it broke my heart. So I just kind of gave up after that. I suppose I'm afraid of losing it all again, like I am afraid of losing everything else I have. At least a blog isn't something I can lose..

So here I am. My artist name is S. Rose. But my name is Sam. I am.. well.. an artist. A multimedia creative. I use many different forms of art. I especially love metalworking and painting. I just love to create and try thinking outside the box for my masterpieces. What's important is creating and getting my emotions out there. Sometimes I paint on pure emotion. Its why most of my paintings are messy abstract. I love to just paint what I feel. 
Art is a beautiful thing. It can be unpredictable, it becomes what it wants to be. And you can interpret it in so many different ways. There's something so freeing about creation. It is a way to encapsulate pure emotion and put it on display. While simultaneously eliminating the bad emotions from yourself.
